Mocha Bean Graduates!

Puppy Kindergarten Graduation!

Our 4 month old Labrador Retriever/Plott Hound named Mocha graduated from "puppy kindergarten" last night. (her 6 week basic obedience course) and she got recommended for an advanced class and agility course starting next month!




The teacher also asked us to participate in the advanced class so that Mocha could take part in the AKC's 10-step "Canine Good Citizen" Program, and eventually be eligible for nursing home and hospital visits, which is something I have always wanted to do with a dog. So...who knows...maybe this time next year (the dog has to be over 1-year-old), Mocha will have passed the CGC test...If not--she'll learn a lot during the process.
